Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery times:
If we have the item in stock, and you order before 1pm, we aim to dispatch the item to you the next working day (Mon to Fri). Your parcel is sent either Royal Mail recorded/Interlink/UPS, (2 to 3 day transit time) depending on size and value of goods. If the item is out of stock please allow 28 days for delivery. For outside UK deliveries delivery is approx 5 - 10 working days.

Refunds:
Our products are of the highest quality, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days in good condition as received in the original box and we will refund you no questions asked. Please ensure that you send the item registered or recorded post to the full value as we cannot be responsible for lost items and ensure they are returned in its unused original condition.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or different product just return your goods in its unused condition and original box with your contact name and daytime tel number enclosed and what you would like to exchange it for . Please remember to refer to the collar & coat size guide prior to ordering to ensure your dog is measured correctly. If you are requesting an exchange there is a charge for collars only - £3.00 UK, £5 EC Countries, £10 Worldwide fee will be required for P&P. We do not charge any exchange postal costs on coats.
