Delivery charges
For orders less than £150 or outside UK mainland:

DELIVERY TIMES

We keep in stock most dog collars, dog leads, dog sweaters, dog carriers and dog coats as well as dog toys, cat toys and cat treats. We always aim to dispatch within 1 - 2 working days from date of order, and delivery is usually 3-5 working days from date of dispatch (mainland UK) and 5-10 days later (rest of the world). Dog beds and dog blankets are mostly made to order and can have a wait time of about 2-3 weeks, so please allow up to 28 days for delivery or telephone us for earlier delivery dates.

BESPOKE

When you bring your dog in for a bespoke fitting, we make priority time in the studio. A fitted dog coat, collar and lead will usually take 2-3 weeks, but unusual designs such as dog dresses, or where we need to source unusual fabrics or embellishments can take longer. You will need to bring your dog in to have their new garment fitted, and you can often take it away with you the same day. Should further alterations be required, we will offer you the choice of a third fitting or delivery to your home, free of charge.

DELIVERY METHODS

Your parcel is sent either Royal Mail recorded or with a reputable courier such as UPS or Interlink.

For your peace of mind we offer a full no-quibble guarantee. Our hand-crafted products are of the highest quality, and all are exclusive, original designs, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 14 days in good condition as received in the original packaging and we will refund you - no questions asked.Please send the item registered or recorded post to the full value, as we can only refund products that are returned safely to the studio. Please note there are no refunds on Sale items.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or different product just return your goods in its unused condition and original packaging within 28 days with your contact name and daytime tel number enclosed and what you would like to exchange it for. There is no postage charge for UK exchanges.The biggest reason our customers ask for an exchange is on sizes, particularly collars, so please take a few moments to measure your dog accurately before ordering - it really helps to get the right size first time!
